About Us

The Mental Health ACCESS (Advancement of Culturally Competent Education to Stop Stigma) is a mental health workforce development and diversification initiative that targets BIPOC teens and young adults. By providing mentors of color in mental health professions; increasing mental health knowledge and literacy; and exposing participants to careers in mental health, ACCESS aims to increase interest, enrollment, and retention in mental health professional and education tracks.
