Nick has one true passion – helping business owners and leadership teams maximize their potential, so that they can get what they want from their business. He is an experienced strategic thinker and seasoned financial services CEO, who enjoys being an agent of transformation and growth. He can relate to the frustrations, pain, and struggles that entrepreneurs can face, and became an EOS® Implementer to show leaders how to break through the ceiling and continue to grow profitably, so that they can live their ideal lives.
As a Professional EOS® Implementer, Nick firmly believes that a growing company can only run on one system, that is EOS®. EOS®, the Entrepreneurial Operating System, promotes growth in a way that empowers each team member and helps them understand how they are connected to each other and to the company’s success.
Nick acts as a trainer, facilitator, and coach (not a consultant), and the program fees may be eligible for reimbursement by the Express Grant.
