A second-generation family real estate company
Founded in 1966 by George Rothman, the company today has over 550 residential units and approximately 60,000 square ft. of combined retail and office space in Cambridge. First Cambridge Realty also owns and manages 100 additional residential units in the Brookline and Newton metro areas. All of First Cambridge Realty holdings are in prime areas of each community.
We’re a diversified and talented staff of professionals who have tremendous experience in attending to our clients needs, and we employ our own maintenance and construction teams to work on all our properties. The family business, comprised of the founder, George Rothman, the President, Stu Rothman, and the VP of Operations.
