David Degner Photography creates commercial and editorial photographs for businesses, universities, research institutions and publications in Cambridge, Boston and throughout New England. David photographs people and the work they do, bringing a photojournalistic approach to business storytelling.
Services include executive headshots, team portraits, environmental portraits, brand photography, corporate events and editorial assignments. David also specializes in science, research and industrial photography, working on location in laboratories, offices, factories and other workplaces.
Assignments range from portraits of founders and researchers to documenting manufacturing processes, workplace culture and scientific discovery. Images support company websites, annual reports, marketing campaigns, recruiting, public relations and editorial coverage.
In business since 2008, David has photographed for National Geographic, The New York Times, Rolling Stone and The Wall Street Journal. He works with communications teams, marketing departments, agencies and editors to create photographs that tell clear, engaging stories about their organizations.
