Or a glass of refreshing white wine and a ball of richly woven mozzarella. Or...any of a million other combinations reminding us that summer is truly the best season for the foods we love!

Join food and wine educator Adam Centamore for an evening of air-conditioned merriment as you taste some of the best cheeses, condiments, and wines summer has to offer. From Europe to the States, summertime brings out the tastiest for everyone!

You can choose to take this class at Commonwealth Wine School or Online through Zoom. Tastings are provided as part of the in-person class. We will provide a wine and cheese tasting list for those who wish to take the class online.
