Sumiao Hunan Kitchen are thrilled to be collaborating with Ming River Baijiu. Ming River is the original Sichuan baijiu. Using traditional methods passed down from master to apprentice for over twenty generations, Ming River is an authentic and uncompromising Chinese grain spirit. Chris from Ming River will guide us through the evening as we paired a selection of Sumiao Hunan Kitchen authentic Hunan dishes with various baijiu and baijiu cocktails made with Ming River. Each guest will have a chance to connect with him and gain insights on each pairings.
