Carefully curated by Executive Chef Ken Zhang, this vibrant special menu offers an unforgettable culinary journey. Guests are invited to indulge in a delightful adventure featuring dishes such as:

• Family Reunion Delight: homemade meatballs, pork egg rolls, squid, sea cucumber, and mushrooms

• Festival Flying Dish: boneless tilapia, pine nuts, and green peas with sweet and sour tomato sauce

• Stir-Fried Lucky Tang Yuan: black sesame tang yuan, sour cabbage, garlic, and chili

• Nian Gao Steak Tips: steak tips, rice cake, bell peppers, and oyster sauce

The culinary fireworks don't stop there! Toast to prosperity with two exclusive Baijiu-inspired cocktails. Baijiu is a staple in Chinese celebrations, and Sumiao's bartenders have created innovative cocktails that highlight its unique flavors. To add to the festive spirit, Sumiao Hunan Kitchen will be welcoming guests on Chinese New Year's Eve with a tradition of good fortune–red envelopes filled with surprises on Tuesday, Jan. 28!
