Seeking to fill (1) Full-Time 40-hour Wellness Nurse Position. The ideal candidate will have recent or relevant experience with older adult population, good assessment and prioritization skills as well as good oral and written skills. This position does NOT involve medication administration, though the Wellness Nurse is involved in reconciling medication lists and serves as a mentor to the personal care workers that assist with medication. Other duties include: responding to Resident Health issues and maintaining health and well-being of Residents.
