Spring is in the air… Imagine a garden party starting, a glass of wine in hand. The fragrant flowers intoxicate you but then you realize wait, that’s not just the flowers! It’s what's in my glass! This class is dedicated to everything floral and aromatic in the realm of wine.
Join instructor Noell Dorsey, as she dives into the chemical compounds that give us these aromas as well as the multiple elements that make these wines so unique. If you love Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Lacrima di Morro, etc. then this class is for you!
