DESCRIPTION:Please join us for this FREE program and participate in high-quality salary negotiation training.The Women's Economic Empowerment Series is a financial empowerment workshop to help women gain the tools to secure their economic future and reach their full financial potential. This is a project of the Massachusetts State Treasurer's Office. The WEES program is made possible by a grant from Citizens Bank. WEES Cambridge is brought to you in partnership with the YWCA of Cambridge. \n\n\n\nThese workshops are for women of all ages\, ethnicities\, economic backgrounds\, and levels of fiscal knowledge. Participants who attend these workshops will learn:\n\n\n\nAAUW Work Smart Salary Negotiation\n\n\n\nThis program is aimed at targeting issues around women's economic disparities\, including the gender wage gap.
