The preferred loan program can be used to purchase equipment\, working capital or permanent working capital.  For our customers with a good credit rating\, Eastern Bank can offer our clients below market rates and an easy application for loans up to $100\,000.   The SBA 7a Loan Program which is the SBA's primary business loan program.  Small businesses who meet certain eligibility criteria can obtain financial assistance from Eastern Bank with an SBA guaranty.  Purchase machinery and equipment\, refinance existing debt under certain condition\, acquisition of a business and working capital/ permanent working capital.   The SBA 504 Loan Program with the assistance of CDC's (Certified Development Corporation) provides up to 90% long-term\, fixed-rate financing for small to medium sized businesses that provide employment opportunities to individuals.
