For those of you who like to roll up your sleeves\, use your hands to eat\, gnaw on bones and lick your fingers let's get ready to rock out like you pig out\, in a seriously Special Edition...\n\nPUNK PIG DINNER!!!\n\nA head banging\, fist pumping and steel-toed butt kicking evening with lots of pork\, volumes of punk rock and a few of our favorite chefs.\n\nCulinary Performances from:\n\n\n	Tony Maws (Craigie on Main)\n	Jamie Bissonette (Little Donkey)\n	David Bazirgan (Bambara)\n\n\nWith Sean Woods (Craigie alum and owner of Deadhorse Hill) as our special guest bar tender for the evening.\n\nThis dinner's "menu" will include the following:\n\nPork Liver. Minor Threat. Cracklings. Buzz Cocks. Bacon. Gang Green. Ears. Mission of Burma. Tails. Bad Brains.\n\nThe liner notes:\n\n\n	Wednesday\, February 26\n	2 seatings - 6pm\, 9pm\n	3 courses FAMILY STYLE Dinner\, 9-plus dishes and canap s and cocktails to start.\n	$95 dinner. $50 wine flight\n	Reservation ONLY\n	Will be 21-plus (might be obvious but not sure how kid friendly this will be).\n	Special Bar menu also available\, first come\, first served (no reservations required). Bar menu served until 12p midnight.\n	Records will be spinning. A lot.\n\n\nWARNING - while the flavors will be nuanced and intriguing this dinner will not be subtle\, mellow\, delicate or soothing. It will be raucous\, thundering\, bombastic and just downright loud. If you do not dine on swine and prefer your volume below 10 this dinner is not for you.\n\nSee you there!
