However\, relatively unknown Central Mexico states such as Queretaro\, Guanajuato\, Zacatecas\, and Aguascalientes produce excellent wines as well\, and their winemakers must take into consideration extreme elevations\, arid climates\, and hot temperatures. This results in an extremely wide range of styles!\n\nThis class will also discuss the history of Mexican wine\, how the industry has developed and evolved over time\, and also the many grape varietal blending philosophies used only in Mexico.
